Apps You NEED To Have if You’re Home-Obsessed

IMG_3867We all have to have somewhere to live.  Some of us are more interested in real estate than others.  When it comes to apps, we all have them (unless you live off the grid, which in that case you’re probably not reading this!).  Here are our favorite apps when it comes to everything house, home, and real estate related!

Homesnap

Whether you are looking for a home, want to know the details of one you pass by, or want to see comparable sales around you, Homesnap is where it’s at.

Nextdoor

NextDoor connects you with your neighborhood, town or city.  You can invite neighbors via social media and the app even sends free post cards to your neighbors to join.  It’s local directly to you, so if someone has an event, or is giving away something amazing, you’re the first to know! It’s free and private – no one sees your stuff who isn’t local directly to you. Create your own community!

Houzz

Houzz is home design Pinterest on hulk mode. They have complied thousands of design, decorating and home decor photos and ideas and you can connect with professionals. Keep on top of the latest trends, colors and materials so you can have the home everyone envies!

TinyScan

TinyScan is a mobile app that takes pictures of your documents and scans and emails it securely.  Whether you are placing an offer on a house or need to scan a design to your contractor last minute – TinyScan is an easy download and you don’t have to run to the office!

I hope you found these apps helpful! For more insider tips and tricks, please leave your email in the sign up box.
